Mars Mellish, D.B.A. is the founder of M&Y International Financial Services where he services most of his clients in New Jersey. Dr. Mellish received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Manhattan College, Masters of Business Administration in Management of Technology and Finance from NJIT, and Doctoral Degree in Business Administration in International Business from Walden University.
Today, after more than 10 years of experience helping individuals and small to medium-sized businesses, Dr. Mellish provides a wide variety of accounting, tax, and consulting services across the state. He especially enjoys client consultations with an emphasis on tax and accounting matters, non-profit entities fiscal management, and business and individual tax strategies.
Dr. Mellish possesses a vast range of expertise that he obtained from extensively working with nonprofit and educational organizations. He has over 12 years of experience in fiscal management of charter schools, early childhood providers, and public school districts with budgets as large as 500 million. He has managed positions such as Assistant Business Administrator, Grant Accountant, Treasurer, General Ledger, and Budget Specialist Accountant in various school districts. Dr. Mellish specializes in all aspects of (a) school budget preparation; (b) GAAP accounting and annual financial reporting; (c) federal and state discretionary and entitlement grant preparation, monitoring and reporting; (d) treasury; (e) monthly ledger closings; (f) auditing and state compliance regulations; (g) and all other aspect of nonprofit educational organization business fiscal management.

Mark Simko joined the M&Y International Team just after graduation from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in May 2012. Mark had graduated with honors and earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Studies. Prior to joining the firm, Mark has established a well-rounded professional, business and financial background that was attained through holding an executive position within a well known multi-billion dollar company.
Mark is a loyal and extremely committed individual who will be up to face any challenge that may come his way. His immense amount of people, business, and financial skills will without a doubt guide you in the right direction.
Aldin Cameron joined M&Y M&Y International team in May of 2019. Aldin is currently a senior at Rutgers Business School in New Brunswick NJ, pursuing a bachelors degree in Accounting. Prior to joining the firm, Aldin interned with The Koenig Group LLC as a tax intern, where he worked closely with the company's lead senior tax manager.
In Additional to balancing interning and rigorous school work, Aldin still finds time to volunteer throughout the New Brunswick area with organizations such as the Civic League of Greater New Brunswick and SHILO. Aldin's accounting and taxation background, along with his work ethic is a value intern to the MYIFS team.
Louis Marotta joined the M&Y International team in January of 2017. Attending Alvernia University in Reading, PA, he earned his Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Prior to joining the firm, Louis had an internship with Morningstar Inc. as part of their compliance team. There he worked closely with the Senior Compliance manager and learned about what goes on in the inside of a corporation.
Currently becoming familiar with the Master of Taxation program at Rutgers, and being a four-year student athlete in baseball, Louis is now has transferring his hard work and passion he has for baseball to his career at MYIFS. With his accountant and taxation background, Louis is a great asset to our team.
Jennifer joined the M&Y International team in October 2011. Jennifer graduated from George Washington University May 2006 with a BS in Accounting. She most recently received her Masters of Business Administration from University of Phoenix May 2009.
Prior to starting a career in accounting, Jennifer worked in the financial industries. She is experienced in public accounting and worked for various CPA firms, where she gained considerable knowledge of general accounting procedures, bookkeeping skills, the preparation of financial statements, and the preparation of business and personal tax returns.
Her accounting services include traditional areas such as general ledger, inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Access, Jennifer also works with clients on budgeting and expense reduction, report and document preparation, and spreadsheet and database creation. She has extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, Quicken, Peachtree and Microsoft Office. Because of her public accounting background, she offers more extensive and in-depth bookkeeping services.
